At Core Lab Peptides, we aim to ensure every order is handled with care and that you receive your products in the best condition. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below.
Reporting an issue
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a concern with a product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us assess the issue quickly, we may require clear photos and/or videos showing the product and the problem. This allows our team to properly review and verify the concern.
Returns, replacements & exchanges
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you may be eligible for either:
- A Full refund
- An exchange for a product of equal value
- A replacement of the same product
Return timeframe
All return or issue requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase/delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted, so we strongly recommend checking your items as soon as they arrive.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes syringes, wipes, and any opened or used items.
